Lantern of the Hollow
Lantern of the Hollow is a quiet, atmospheric adventure that I played almost entirely with headphones on. You explore a flooded village, solving environmental puzzles and piecing together what happened to the people who lived there. There's no combat and no timer — just you, a lantern, and a lot of lovely gloom.
Tapping to move and examine works perfectly on a phone, and the puzzles are logical rather than obtuse. I only got stuck once, and even then the hint system nudged me without spoiling the solution. The sound design does a huge amount of the heavy lifting.
It's efficient on battery because scenes are static for long stretches, which makes it ideal for winding down before sleep. If you like story over spectacle, this one's worth your evening.
